To request repair or calibration services, click
here to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
The standard flat rate repair charge covers the repair of
any one major fault in the unit. Price includes post repair
and burn-in testing if required but does not include re-calibration.
If multiple faults are found, you will be asked to approve
repairs based on time and material. The level of service support
is based on parts availability.
These prices apply to service and repairs provided by Quantum
Data. Different prices may apply to other factory
authorized service locations.
Calibration fee does not include any repairs that may be
required for the unit to be calibrated to meet published specs.
Photocopies of calibration certificates for equipment used
to perform the calibration are provided upon request at no
charge. Recording of test data of the calibration work is
available for an additional charge.
