- Download Format Editor zip file to PC.
- Unzip the file and place the three files into a directory of your choice. Note that the Format Editor does not require that it be run from a certain directory, but all three files must reside in the same directory.
- To run the Format Editor, double-click on the QDFmtEditor.jar file.
Notes:
The Format Editor is run through any platform that can run executable Java JAR files. For Windows machines, this will be set up for you upon installation of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). The Format Editor will be displayed shortly after.
The Format Editor requires Java Run Time Environment (JRE) 1.5 or later.
