The following features are included in the Release 2.11.0.
- PanBars image has been added. Top half of this image is
colorbar, and bottom half is a 10-bar ramp.
- ThreeBar image has been added. This image has three vertical
white bars on black background.
- TVBar875 image has been added. This is the colorbar with
all bars in 75% luminance.
- TVBarH image has been added. This is a horizontal colorbar.
- Pairing image has been added. This image can be used to
detect when fields are reversed in interlaced monitors.
- DMT1260D format has been added. This is 1280x800 @ 60Hz.
The following anomalies have been corrected in the Release
2.11.0.
- LipSync image text shows up properly in all formats.
- LipSync image automatically resets itself when the box
goes off the screen.
- EDID Editor can now correctly load different displays'
EDIDs in XML format.
- Self-calibration can no longer be run on units without
the analog video option since there is no analog interface.
Running self-calibration will give you an error message.
- Samples.o image located in /tffs0/library/images/ can
now be loaded and used correctly.
- Generator's clock now shows correct time in 12-hour mode.
- ACA now shows the entire string for <Set OSD Name>
CEC opcode in "Details" window.
Note: The release files can only be applied
to the 882E/881E generator (not the 882CA/882C/881C, 882D, nor
882EA generators).

You can upgrade your generator using the procedures in the Users
Guide. Please note that you will have to verify that your
current generator is operating with Release 2.7.0, 2.8.0,
2.8.1, 2.8.2, 2.9.0, 2.10.2, or 2.10.5. To verify that your
current generator is operating with one of these releases,
enter the following command:

After verifying that the generator is operating with Release
2.7.0, 2.8.0, 2.8.1, 2.8.2, 2.9.0, 2.10.2, or 2.10.5, upgrade
your generator using the procedures below:
- Download the 2.11.0 Zip file to your PC and unzip the
file. There will be a System and a Library directory.
- Upgrade the generator using the procedures at this link.
- After power cycling the generator, verify that the generator
is running the current 2.11.0 version of the vxWorks file
by entering the following command:
verf?

- Verify that the vxWorks file is: 20.1884800.
- Verify that the BootRom version is: 01.04.11.
- Verify that the generator is running the current 2.11.0
version of the gateware files by entering the following
command:
verg?

- The first listing is the Lattice FPGA gateware. The next
two listings are the transmitter gateware files for the
DVI and the HDMI output. The gatewares are separated by
colons. Verify that the transmitter gateware files are:
401A,8,1082007:401B,1,8082007.
