Wide range of compliance solutions for HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2
Elgin IL - December 5, 2014 - Quantum Data™, a worldwide provider of video test equipment, will be exhibiting in the HDMI Techzone and in a Meeting Place room for the CES 2015 show running January 6th through the 9th. HDMI 2.0 solutions will be featured including the new 980 series HDMI 2.0 modules--the 6G Video Generator module and the 6G Protocol Analyzer module for functional testing and compliance testing of ultra-High Definition TVs and sources with 4K, 50/60Hz capability. Also on display will be the familiar 980 HDMI Protocol Analyzer module which has been enhanced with features for testing HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 compliance.
The new 980R test platform will also be on display. The 980R, like the 980B, can accommodate five (5) 980 series modules. The platform is ideally suited for manufacturing facilities as it is rack mountable, has a lower profile and can be controlled remotely for test automation on HD adn UHDTV production lines.
Quantum Data also will be exhibiting the new 780 series test instrument, the 780C 300MHz Multi-Interface Interoperability Tester. The 780C will also be shown both in the HDMI Techzone booth and the Meeting Place room. This new handheld model offers output and input ports for HDMI, HDBaseT and 3G-SDI for testing HDMI 2.0 sources and sinks.
The 804 series Video Generators will also be on display--both the 804 and the 300MHz 804A. Although not released, a new 804 series instrument--the 600MHz 804B Video Generator--will be presented in concept.
