Here are some things you need to check before running the HDCP
Compliance Test.
- Make sure the DUT is outputting one of five allowed timings:
640x480p @ 59.94/60Hz, 720x480p @ 59.94/60Hz, or 720x576p @ 50Hz.
- Make sure the DUT is outputting RGB and not YCbCr.
- Make sure the DUT, EST, and 882EA are connected properly as described
in the user guide.
- Make sure timing format DMT0660 is selected on 882EA.
- Make sure 882EA is outputting RGB and not YCbCr or xvYCC.
- Make sure the PCP parameters for the DUT are configured correctly.
- Press Tools -> Analyzer -> Timing -> Measure to see if the 882 can see
the incoming signal routed through the EST. If it says no input signal,
then enter QD:PROD:EST command to “enable” the EST.
- Run the test. We recommend running the tests individually for best reliability of results.
